The main floor bedroom for rent is spacious (10 x 14 ft.) and has a Queen bed with high-end bedding, almirah, bedside table, lamp, study table, and chair with a high ceiling window. The bathroom with a granite countertop right next to the bedroom is newly constructed with modern fixtures. A huge shared kitchen (with a separate fridge for the tenant in the garage), shared dining, and living room are accessible. The house has air conditioning and a secure mailbox outside of the house. The price includes all utilities, high-speed internet, laundry (once a week), and an opportunity to live in a very safe, highly desirable area. The first and last month's rent of $1,000 and a cleaning fee of $200 are due at the signing of the lease. The lease can be terminated by either side with 30 days' notice.
