The successful candidate must have at least 5 years of accounts receivable experience.
Successful candidates should display a positive attitude, ability to prioritize, multitask and be a strong communicator.
Responsibilities Include:
Assists Collection Manager with monthly aging Collection calls as necessary Reconcile customer accounts Invoice data entry.
Provides customer service for all accounts receivable inquiries.
Nightly sales tax review for pending invoices Preparation of various types of billings including credit memos and tax adjustments.
Process credit card payments Maintenance of customer tax certificates.
Provides customer account statements as requested.
Assists with various accounting reports as needed.
STARTING PAY:
$24.
00-$27.
