Seeking to hire a Operations Manager for our client in Renton, WA 98057.

00 per hour3rd shift1100p to 700aMonday to FridayDescriptionUtilizes OSC Operation Service Center software application or designated Software Application System to schedule and prepare instruments and implant kits for to facilitate Surgery Case Scheduled ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
Maintain and manage scheduled surgery cases on a daily basis.
Process all required order entry as required and directed.
Perform all required OSC reporting to measure accuracy, utilization and validations.
Maintain accurate and complete OSC Bill of Materials for all instrument and implant kits.
Maintain appropriate stocking levels for shelf stock and OSC kitsEnsure First In First out method is being performed for all productsEnsure no expired product in all warehouse areas.
Coordinate Mobile OSC and shipment schedules daily to ensure most cost effective methods are being utilized.
Perform OSC Kit Reviews as required to improve instrument and implant inventory levels to support sales requirementsConduct reviews as required via the established OSC Operations Checklist.
Assist during physical inventories and field cycle counts ensuring the office inventory PI preparation is performedPerform daily period freight activity reviews on all FedEx and courier usage to ensure costing is correct and most economical.
Utilize the established OSC Checklist for daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly required activities and duties.
OSC Specialist could be engaged in Regional Loaner Bank Operations as required.
