Front Desk/Patient Coordinator responsibilities include:
Greet and welcome patients and visitors Answering phone calls, schedule & managing appointments, and handling patient inquiries Verify insurance information and collect payments for services rendered Create and present treatment cost estimates Provide excellent customer service.
Be enthusiastic and friendly A qualified candidate will have an outgoing personality, a minimum of 2 years experience in a dental office, detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills, highly professionalism and integrity in handling confidential information, and is coachable, adaptable, and willing to jump in where needed.
Pay and benefits are negotiable; depending on experience.
