This position is available as a hybrid dental assistant / front office position and is suitable for someone with dental assisting experience who wants to gain more front office experience.
We are willing to train the right candidate and offer FLEXIBLE HOURS.
NO WEEKENDS.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Prepare customers for treatments or checkups ensuring their comfort Select and set up instruments, equipment and material needed Sterilize instruments according to regulations Taking x-rays Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry Greeting patients and answering phone calls Verifying insurance benefits and entering benefits breakdowns into our system.
Keep the dental room clean and well-stocked The ideal candidate should have great interpersonal communication and writing skills, have the ability to multitask efficiently, have the knowledge of dental terminology, and be reliable and accountable.
