com I am looking for someone who can do maintenance on our property.
The basic duties include:
Maintaining landscaping Servicing and repairing HVAC systems Performing pest control Cleaning or painting common areas ALL SUPPLIES PROVIDED If available.
All tasks generally take around 1.
5-2 hours to complete.
The pay may vary depending on the maintenance done and size of the property, and is paid via direct deposit within 7-10 business days.
Please note due to the nature of Airbnb short term rentals there may be several checkouts in a week, or none at all that may affect the maintenance or the guests currently staying.
But on average there are around 10-20 reservations a month ranging 1 to 5 days.
