This is a customer service role in which the sales associate gives customers their immediate and complete attention by explaining, demonstrating and selling hairpieces, hair products, and cosmetics.
When not engaged with a customer, the focus should be on the maintenance of the sales floor including facing, dusting and general housekeeping.
Previous retail sales experience preferred Requires an extremely strong service orientation to maximize customer satisfaction.
Ability to be a team player, outgoing, approachable and congenial.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time MUST be available on weekends and FLEXIBLE availability is desirable.
