Monday through Friday from 9:
30am to 6:
00pm Duties:
Greet visitors at front desk, answer phones, sort and forward mail Accurately record, receive and deposit rent payments and resident trust funds Maintain and balance resident trust funds; prepare monthly statements Maintain and balance contents of safe:
petty cash box and trust funds.
Give tours and demonstrate knowledge about key operational facets Maintain office supplies Assist management staff as needed Skills and
Qualifications:
One year in same or job related field preferred High-quality oral, written and verbal communication skills, Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel Proficient at multi-tasking and good organizational skills.
