Patient Care Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients as they arrive at the dental office - Schedule and confirm appointments for patients - Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries or concerns - Maintain patient records and update information as needed - Assist with insurance verification and claims processing - Coordinate referrals to specialists as necessary - Ensure a clean and organized reception area
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a dental office is preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent customer service skills - Proficient in using dental practice management software - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Join our team as a Patient Care Coordinator at our dental office.
