O'Brien Auto Group was established in 1986 and has grown to 14 locations with over 1,000 employees in Washington and Oregon state.
This position will help oversee all IT Help Desk items for the entire company.
This position is located in Renton WA with NO OPTION FOR REMOTE WORK.
This position pays $25 per hour.

Responsibilities:
Provide first level support and troubleshooting for the O'Brien Auto Group.
Respond to helpdesk requests for computer assistance including questions regarding hardware, software, printers, operating systems, and other computer problems in a timely and effective manner.
Handle support tickets utilizing over-the-phone guidance or remote accessing computer.
Coordinate installation and configuration of pc hardware, software, and peripherals.
Analyze and resolve hardware, software, and operational issues.
Follow proper escalation path when necessary to resolve issues.
Maintain a basic understanding of operational procedures and related technical hardware and software.
Log all incidents into an Incident Management System with clear, concise language.
Experience troubleshooting Windows desktop environment (networking, OS, Microsoft Office suite, PC hardware, printers) Desired Skills:
Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels in the Company in an articulate, professional manner.
Experienced in providing end-user support services.
Ability to be reliable and work independently with little supervision.
Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows Deployment Services Previous Help Desk Experience Bonus Skills:
Knowledge of Cisco Networking, VLANs, Aerohive Wireless, Sophos Antivirus, Reynolds and Reynolds, Mitel Phone System Equipment/Machines/Tools Typically Used:
phone, computer, copier, stapler, pencils/pens, scissors, box openers.
Physical Demands:
Required standing and walking (on showroom floor, on dealership lot including interior and exterior of building).
Capable of walking extensively on concrete.
Sitting, stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
Lifting 20 lbs or less and carrying 10 lbs or more on a frequent basis.
Frequent pushing and pulling, twisting and turning of trunk, reaching and handling of objects, occasional climbing, balancing and crawling.
Qualified candidates must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and the ability to pass a background check.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
