Walker's Renton Subaru (Service Department) is looking for a friendly, hardworking individual with great phone skills to fulfill the Business Development Coordinator position that is open.
Business is growing rapidly, and they are looking for an energetic individual with great customer service skills to join our team.
Essential Duties &
Responsibilities:
Set up, schedule and monitor service appointments.
Follow up and reschedule missed or late appointments.
Schedule appointments via text and phone calls Bring all customer concerns and complaints to the attention of the Service Manager.
Make follow up phone calls to current and potential customers.
Follow policies and procedures as set forth in Employee Handbook.
Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
High school diploma or the equivalent.
Customer Service background in a retail environment preferredThis is a full-time position with benefits including medical, 401k, PTO, and other dealership-specific perks.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
