We are looking for an UPBEAT and OUTGOING individual seeking a full and/or part time position at the fastest growing Orangetheory Fitness in the greater Seattle area and one of the top studios in the USA.
Our front desk sales associate position includes perks such as PTO (paid time off), health benefits and of course a free membership to Orangetheory! MUST BE enthusiastic, great at taking initiative, love sales, fitness and helping people get on track for hitting their health goals.
SALES ASSOCIATE JOB DESCRIPTION - Provide exceptional customers service to our current member base Conduct introductory orientations for potential new members for their first class Membership sales Follow up with leads to get inquiring people into their first class Prospect through local businesses, current members and new members to create more leads Keeping up the cleanliness of the studio in between classes Excellent customer service skills required.
Sales experience preferred.
High achiever who works extremely well with a team Ability to multi-task is a benefit to successfully perform duties Health & Fitness minded people strongly preferred.
