Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor, creating a positive first impression of our company.
Answer phone calls and route them to the appropriate departments or individuals, displaying excellent telephone etiquette.

Administrative Support:
Provide crucial administrative assistance, including managing and organizing files, documents, and records.
Assist with data entry, maintaining accurate and up-to-date databases, and processing paperwork as required.
3.
Scheduling & Coordination:
Efficiently manage the office calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Coordinate logistics for meetings and events, ensuring seamless arrangements.

Office Maintenance:
Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area and common spaces.
Keep office supplies well-stocked and organized, placing orders as necessary.
5.
Communication Hub:
Serve as a hub of communication by relaying messages, correspondence, and inquiries to the appropriate recipients promptly and accurately.

Client Interaction:
Assist clients and vendors with inquiries, requests, and basic information.

Qualifications:
