47 HourlyJob ShiftAnyDescriptionStarting at $65,826/annually, Depending on ExperienceThe Assistant Store Director Assists the Store Director in the overall management and operation of the store with the objective of obtaining maximum sales and gross margin while controlling labor costs and all other costs associated in running a store.
Manage the store operation and personnel effectively and efficiently in the absence of the store director.
Hire, resolve and investigate employee relations issues, conduct employee reviews and disciplinary action and enforce company policies and procedures.
Provide leadership, direction, coaching, mentoring, training and development of managers and employees to optimize operational productivity level and customer experience.
Develop an effective, highly motivated team that works together to achieve set goals.
Identify the knowledge and skills needed to improve team processes and results.
Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age with a High school diploma or its equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of management experience required.
Prior retail merchandising experience and knowledge of Asian products required.
Excellent customer service.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of basic math skills and 10-key.
Working knowledge of the internet and proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.
Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
Recommended Skills Communication Customer Experience Customer Service Labor Relations Leadership Mathematics Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
