up to $22 per hour, DOE Schedule:
Tuesday and Wednesday from 9am to 5pm A Day in the Life:
Provide administrative support to the HR Manager pertaining to general functions of the HR Department Respond to basic employee inquiries about HR policies, plans, procedures, and direct questions to the HR Manager as necessary Occasional front desk responsibilities such as greeting residents and guests to the community, answering phone calls, and managing office correspondence Accurately enter and update data in spreadsheets and other software systems Manage digital and physical filing of personnel and legal documents with a high level of confidentiality Provide general support to colleagues during busy periods or on special projects as needed Other duties as assigned Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent, some college preferred Previous experience working with the elderly preferred,but not required Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
) is required Ability to read, write and speak English Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong attention to detail Ability to build working relationships with a wide variety of people Strong team player with a willingness to learn new responsibilities Chateau Retirement is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
