Part time Inventory Swing Shift Picker/Packers; Swing Shift approximately 1pm - 9pm every day Starting rate $19/hour
$1/hour increase at 90 days from hire
ongoing merit and tenure increase opportunities What you will do:
Set up the space, pick and package orders with focus on accuracy and strong attention to detail Work closely with Supervisors to resolve customer concerns quickly Utilize software Streamline to efficiently pick and pack orders Work independently to manage time efficiently and resolve problems Support team training, and lead by example by setting the standard and tone for all expectations Assist in management of daily operations including team deployment, utilizing daily checklists and systems, and ensure the effective flow of operations through all day parts Other tasks as assigned What we're looking for in you:
Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong bias for action Ability to work independently and efficiently manage your time Strong attention to detail and ability to function efficiently and accurately Strong verbal communication and excellent customer service skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
