Job summaryThe Food Safety & Quality Assurance (FSQA) Technician is assigned to the Local Production Kitchen operation, and would report to the Local Production Kitchen Food Safety (FS) Manager.
The FSQA Tech is a dedicated compliance personnel on the production floor responsible for monitoring and verifying food safety and quality processing activities in the production kitchen.
Key job responsibilities o Serve as the pro-active entity who monitor compliance practices daily within the food production operation o Verify operational standards for Food Safety and Quality daily for all production shiftso Perform tasks that require high levels of independence and separation from any operational conflict involving production KPI's o Perform daily routine observations to ensure our FS systems are operating correctly o Ensure successful compliance execution, monitor and report on pre-operative and operative GMP inspections checks.
o Fully understand operational workflow and daily Food Safety, Quality and Production objectives o Assist in implementing process changes and SOP execution as requiredo Report all Food Safety and Quality Assurance process deviations immediately to Food Safety Manager and Operations Manager.
o Possess and/or has ability to obtain local food handling certification where required for food handlers.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
