Qualifications:
Several Integration teams within Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) are seeking Senior Project Engineers (internally known as Program Integration Managers, PIMs) to join our team and make an immediate impact on urgent and long-term development, production and fleet support issues within the Puget Sound region of Washington.
This is a high visibility role with technical assignments that directly support the BCA Program s top-level goals, initiatives and challenges.
The project engineer will be responsible for one or more projects and will provide technical, business and integration leadership for the Program on technical issues requiring cross-functional and cross-organization leadership.
You should be willing to take on projects that you may not have a full technical understanding of, and stretch beyond your experience base.
You will have opportunities to lead and collaborate with people from all over the world, to create and deliver innovative solutions to complex technical problems, while maintaining compliance with US and Foreign regulations.

Responsibilities:
Be an integral part of supporting the 737 MAX model focusing on in-service, in-production and under development issues & opportunitiesLead special projects and initiatives in the areas of safety, certification, and performance as well as program issues as directed by the Program Chief Program Engineer and Director of EngineeringDevelop integrated plans, establish and lead teams, monitor and respond to technical developments throughout the life of a customer introduction programManage risk & opportunities, and support cross-functional & cross-Integrated Product Team issuesLead cross-functional technical integration, certification and project management in support of resolving complex issues to help deliver airplanes, return airplanes into service, resolve supply chain issues, mitigate risks, actualize opportunities, delivery and production stream sustainabilityLead detailed investigations to ensure system integration and compliance, with requirements and to preclude safety issuesCommunicate routinely with Internal and External Customers (peers, stakeholders, senior and executive leadership), Regulators and/or suppliersThis position is expected to be 100% onsite.
The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Renton, WA.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry14

In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
